We invite you to join us at one of our monthly shoots and/or the 2024 SASS Maine State Cowboy Action Shooting Championships ‘The Great Maine Gun Fight’ (10 stages) on September 6-8, 2024.

We normally shoot six (6) main match stages on the monthly shoots and then eat pizza (included in your entry fee)! The SASS Maine State Championships will be 10 stages split between Saturday and Sunday, plus side events on Friday.

SASS rules apply. You do not have to be a SASS member to shoot our monthly matches, but we encourage you to become a SASS member. You must be a current SASS member to shoot the SASS Maine State Championships in September.

Memberships: While you don't have to become a member of the Maine Marshals to shoot in any of our shoots, we hope you will consider it as it is a good deal. The nominal membership fee of $20 gets you a Maine Marshals badge and a Maine Marshals pin.

Dress Code:
This is called Cowboy Action Shooting for a reason. We dress in the attire of the Old American West. We do cut greenhorns and tenderfeet some slack, but do the best you can. You must wear eye and ear protection.
