(Rifle Caliber Lever Action Rifles may shoot in the Single Shot Sporting Rifle class also.)

Bullets: Lead only. No jacketed bullets.

Sights: Metallic Sights only. If you have a Malcolm-style scope on your single shot rifle you may use it in a separate class.

Courses of fire: Lever Action Rifle - Rifle Caliber (.30-30, .32Win.Spl, .38-55, .45-70, etc.):
40 shots at 200 yard targets and 300 yard targets depending on what targets are up that day.

Single Shot Sporting Rifles (.38-55, .45-70, .45-90, .45-120, etc.):
40 shots at 200 yard targets and 300 yard targets depending on what targets are up that day.

Single Shot Military Rifles (.45-70 Trapdoor, etc.):
40 shots at 200 yard targets and 300 yard targets depending on what targets are up that day.

Support: When cross-sticks are used, they may be shot in the prone, sitting, kneeling or standing position. If you have any cross-sticks, pads to sit on or spotting scopes, bring them! We'll have cross-sticks for you to use, so don't use that as an excuse not to shoot.

After 13 seasons of shooting, we are eliminating the offhand stage so all four stages will be shot off of cross-sticks! For those that had a hard time shooting those barrel-heavy single shot buffalo rifles offhand, come on back and try it again. Anyone that wants to shoot offhand can certainly shoot any or all stages offhand.

Come on out and "bang and clang" with us. We have a deep covered firing line and will shoot year around unless the weather is so bad we can't see the targets.

Eye and ear protection is required for everyone, including spectators, while on the range!
